Tyler, The Creator Expands “Wolf” Tour, Adds Dates With Earl Sweatshirt

Odd Future leader Tyler, The Creator has revealed three different images that serve as the cover art for his upcoming third album Wolf, releasing on April 2nd.

Revealing the covers on Instagram, the West Coast rapper said that he is “so nervous and excited but more scared” about releasing the LP. “I ALWAYS THINK WHAT IF EVERYONE HATES IT AND IM A FAILURE COME NEXT YEAR. SO TO KTT AND ALL THE OF FANS I LUB U,” he wrote.

One cover features a close-up of Tyler’s face, while another shows two Tylers: one wearing a “Wolf” baseball cap and the other posing with an inhaler in his hand. The third cover, an animated portrait by Mark Ryden, shows Tyler on a bicycle and an eyeball embedded in a tree trunk.

He also announced the “Wolf” tour on his website. Fans who purchase bundle tickets to the show will receive a copy of the deluxe version of the CD, which features a fold-out poster of the full album cover art designed by Ryden, a limited embroidered patch, a “Wolf” calendar and a 24-page booklet featuring lyrics and artwork. Buyers will also get a pair of exclusive socks.

The “Wolf” tour kicks off Columbus, Ohio’s Newport Music Hall on March 12th. Stops on the trek include Brooklyn, New York, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Los Angeles, California. The tour concludes on April 11th at Portland, Oregon’s Hawthorne Theatre.

Tyler, who recently collaborated with Miley Cyrus for her upcoming album, initially intended to release Wolf in May 2012 and then pushed it to November. He also had a joint LP in the works with Earl Sweatshirt titled EarWolf. He previously released Bastard and Goblin in 2009 and 2011, respectively.

    1. Most people look at the way he behaves and don’t even give his music a chance. I’ve actually heard people call him garbage and then admit they’ve never even listened to him. He’s a dope producer, song writer, plus he directs videos. True talent!

      1. The KTT forum in general is both utterly and laughably despicable. Nearly all of the people in that Kanye-stanning forum are severely ignorant, hypocritical, dickriding, sheepish, 4chan-behaving faggots. I’ve lurked the site a couple times, and all I see is a bunch of pathetic, delusional dumbasses who viciously drive the dicks of the following:
        Kanye West (okay)
        Frank Ocean (decent)
        Kendrick Lamar (decent)
        Odd Future (meh)
        Lil B (horrible)
        The Weeknd (decent)
and a few other artists to the max on constant repeat.

If one doesn’t dickride those artists like y’all do, y’all will ridicule and profanely insult him/her like the emotional fucking retards that you all are.

KTT also has the nerve to say that Kanye is GOAT and that Lupe, Eminem, J.Cole, Nas, and several other decent/respectable artists are shit.

Odd Future Talk, which is filled with a bunch of profoundly sentimental, dick-devoted, trolling, idiotic stans, is as shitty as KanyeToThe by the way.

    2. Gonna be better then that ASAP album..Rocky dissapointed man, the mixtape was hella dope tho with bass and brand new guys…The album was chode tho..

    6. The first one would be the best cover, the second makes it seem like he doesnt care about the cd, and the third looks like an adult swim cartoon.

      1. I just realized he’s holding his asthma inhaler in the background of the 2nd cover.Could that shit get any more classic?

      1. “But that 2nd cover is easily the dopest album cover of the last 5 years.”

Hell no, get the fuck out of here! The first 2 the covers are poor, very cheap, and juvenile. I’ve seen much better fanmade album covers.

        “I fucking hate this guy…”

I highly do not take this statement seriously after reading that last part of your sentence. The 2nd album cover is literally a fucking joke. Furthermore, you must like Tyler in some way.

    7. At the concert in columbus on the 12th, before tyler came out they played hype songs like swag like ohio and i dont like. There was one by a girl, i think there were words like never lackin in it, does anyone know what it was

    8. It’s definitely the most financially rewarding job I have ever had. I began this eight months/ago and straight away was making over ($)72 per-hour. I use the details on this website which has totally changed my life! Rich45.C0M_

    9. I stopped listen to ODD FUTURE after Frank Ocean annonuced he iz a gay ass fag. at least da saviors of hip hop YMCMB’s Lil Wayne, Drake, Birdman and Tyga aint gay. Weezy ma role model. long live Weezy F. swag

    10. My last paycheck was $9500 working 12 hours a week online. My sisters friend has been averaging 15k for months now and she works about 20 hours a week. I can’t believe how easy it was once I tried it out. The potential with this is endless. This is what I do, Rich45.com_

    11. The tour stops through Ashland, Bend, and Eugene but not Portland. Really? i mean REALLY? theres no way Hell get a lager crowd in any of those cities than if He came through Portland, OR. Still stoked on the new album though. This helps keeps my excitment up http://smarturl.it/TCWolf
