Twitter Loses It After Kendrick Lamar Album Didn’t Drop April 7

Kendrick Lamar had everyone’s hopes up when he mentioned the date April 7 on his new single, “The Heart Pt. 4.” It appears, however, that was just a warm-up for when the Compton native actually drops his fourth studio album on April 14, a full week away, which understandably has Twitter users losing their minds. Although there is, in fact, no album (yet), the dramatic reactions are almost worth it. They range from fury and devastation to tying it to the recent Syria bombings, to patience and anticipation. Check out some of them below and read what we know about the forthcoming project here.

      1. the only thing dropping is drake from the charts..

even passionfruit lost buzz… look at the top 100.

HUMBLE came through and crushed the buildings.

hopefully drake will come back and make better music next year.

    1. Get over it. It’s only music. Haven’t you lot anything else to look forward to in your sad lives

      1. except both TPAB and GKMC was amazing all the way through. drake records have 20+ songs and only 3 or 4 are keepers lol

    2. These reactions to the album not coming out today are so gay. You’d think he pushed the album back to December. Kendrick has the most ridiculous stans.

    3. Dear god these people are fucked, waiting on an album like churchfolk waiting for their savior… this is a bad sign… Kendrick is nothing more than a shill for the new black panther party and the hypocritical movement; black lives matter…this is not original thought, this is the liberal media rhetoric contorted and spouted through the mouth of the mainstream media’s lead minstrel.
