AllhiphopTV reported over the weekend that Birdman confronted former Hot Boy, Turk during the “Respek” video shoot in New Orleans. In a video posted to the publication’s Youtube channel, Birdman and Turk are seen having a face-to-face conversation.
Additional captions were added to the video suggesting that the Cash Money CEO “checked” Turk while on set. Well apparently, according to Turk, that’s not how it actually played out.
In a separate video released through his own Youtube channel, the New Orleans rapper vehemently denies that the conversation was confrontational.

“I really don’t get into all that internet shit,” he said. “But y’all already know I fuck with Birdman. Ain’t no nigga check me on no video shoot so whoever did that bullshit, bitch need to go get a life. I fuck with Stunna. I was at the video shoot. I was invited to the video shoot. All these fake-ass vlogs, blogs, whatever y’all is. It is what it is. That’s what y’all do—no-life-having-ass bitches. It’s all love, though.”
Turk spoke with Mikey T The Movie Star earlier this year about his recent reconciliation with Birdman after years of miscommunication.
“Throughout the years, I ain’t have no communication with nobody,” he said. “And throughout the years, I have said a whole lot of stuff up out my mouth that I shouldn’t have said. Because at the end of the day we all family. Now that I realized my mistakes of what I did—I had some shows lined up in Miami. And I didn’t know how it was gonna happen, but I had made it up in my mind that I’m about to go get up with Birdman. I’m about to go holla at Slim. I’m about to go holla at Wayne. I had made up in my mind that that’s what I was gonna do. We didn’t talk about that. But when I got there it just fell in place like that because it was meant to happen.”
