Tekashi 6ix9ine Refusing To Take Plea Deal In Federal Racketeering Case

Despite the mounting evidence, Tekashi 6ix9ine’s attorney will not accept a plea deal in the polarizing rapper’s racketeering case. On Saturday (December 8), TMZ released over a dozen images from 6ix9ine and his ex-crew’s cell phones that feds say match surveillance footage from an April armed robbery.

But Lance Lazzaro, 6ix9ine’s attorney, maintains his client’s innocence. “A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one.” he told TMZ.

6ix9ine has been behind bars since mid-November when he was arrested alongside his ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan and three other members of his former entourage. Feds believe his involvement with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods have led to multiple crimes ranging from shootings to drug dealing.

In total, 6ix9ine and his ex-crew members are facing a total of 17 charges. Three of the charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison.

A judge has set a trial date for September 4, 2019. In the meantime, 6ix9ine has been denied bail and will likely have to wait it out.

While in prison, 6ix9ine officially released his debut album, Dummy Boy, which initially debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

But after Nielsen Music announced a discrepancy in last week’s numbers, it turns out Dummy Boy actually made its grand entrance at No. 1, selling less than 200 units than Travis Scott’s Astroworld.

    1. I believe it is about time that 6ix9ine is getting justice after everything he has done to this society. He is a menace and dangerous to society. I agree with life in prison when he is found guilty.

    2. Hes gonna go to trial cry n cry say that he was never a gangster he’s just putting on. A act because his family’s poor and it sells records that’s his defense ….. saying he’s an actor which I already knew

        1. That’s what I saying. He’s probably only like 22 years of age. He will be back to rapping at the age of 30 years.

Feel bad for him because he is not a gangsta. I saw videos of him giving out money and showing love to different strangers. Saw him in a different light.

    3. In this Country you are “Inocent Until Proven Guilty”..Unafortunately Mr Hernandez has made Wrong Choices and he must now face consequences…in the Other Hand I admire this Young Man Good Heart towards Children and the less fortunate…I hope once released from his Incarceration he Concentrates in his Music, relocates and Starts New, and chooses people around him, because he has So much to give as an Artist may God Bless him and Protect him…I am Old Enough to be his Mother and I like his Music…Even though I do not Understand much of the Rapping.

    4. He needs to hire ex-con wack100 as his new lawyer. Wack100 was instrumental in getting Suge’s murder charge reduced to manslaughter.

    5. You really have to be blind or that much of a hater to ignore the facts that these feds are playing dirty. real dirty. its all ego, envy, and pride trying to bring 69 down. that comes with being successful with a rebellious attitude. people on top cant stand when the black culture has that much energy with all that doe #counterintelligenceprogram

      1. Yeah, the feds are playing real dirty, you know, with all their evidence, countless images, texts and calls that can be confirmed and referenced from multiple sources…
The fuck outta here with that “it’s because it’s black culture and he has money” bullshit. That’s a real problem, but in this case….nah. 69 did this shit to himself. You fuck with the bull, you get the horns.

        1. …and oh by the way. that’s why 69 isnt taking the plea deal. you are a dummy if you dont see how the feds are playing dirty.

        2. Jealous? Nah. Hater? Definitely, if you’re talking about weak rappers with no bars that are contributing to the dumbing down & destruction of the culture that is putting money in their pockets. See, I love hip hop and value the culture, fuck all this putting on-for-Instagram, image-comes-first-music-is-an-afterthought bullshit. Anyone that knows real hip hop would agree, we ain’t fucking with 69.
Now, you can call it playing dirty if you like, but this is the way the feds have always operated, and it makes perfect sense. The feds don’t want foot soldiers, they want captains. 69 is no captain. So they use him as a stepping stone to gather information and evidence about the captains, in order to build a case to take down the ones that matter. They know he’s in over his head and not built for this, and will use that to their advantage. That’s old news. But you are acting like they are framing him or something. How so?
Listen, there are beat cops pulling over black folks without any justifiable reason, harassing them, discriminating against them all the time. But these are the feds. They aren’t running raids and presenting cases without a real case and evidence to support it. Do you have any comprehension of the scale, resources and time that go into these operations?
So, what evidence you asked. Well, federal prosecutors have official filed over a dozen confirmed images of 69, Shotti and others at the scene of multiple shootings and robberies. These are images taken directly from their (69, shotti, etc) personal cellphones, and these images have been matched to and align perfectly with the footage taken from surveillance cameras located at the scene of several of the crimes. You can find these images and matching stills from the surveillance cameras online with a minimum of research. Further to this, when 69’s home was raided in September, an AR-15, a backpack that was stolen during one of the robberies, and clothing items matching those that were used during the previously mentioned crimes were found. They also have a large amount of texts between 69, Shotti and their associates discussing robberies, shootings and the like. This is just touching on the evidence that has been presented thus far. You’d have to be pretty ignorant to think they don’t have plenty more evidence in their possession to back up their case. They just aren’t showing all their cards as of yet. Throw on top of that countless social media posts from 69 boasting about criminal activity, a video that seemingly depicts 69 put a bounty out on Tadoe, Cheif Keef’s cousin, and yeah, I’d say there’s evidence and a strong case.
We’re talking about a guy that already plead guilty to 3 counts of sexual misconduct with a CHILD, and you’re out here trying to paint him as some kind of a victim.
Being that you are using terms like “jealous hater” and “butthurt”, I’m guessing you’re probably a youngin, and likely a diehard Tekashi fan. Which leads me to believe that only one that’s “butthurt” here is you, over the fact that people are putting down your idol.
If you know anything about the law, you know that one doesn’t have to be the triggerman to be guilty. If you played a role, you’re guilty too. That’s how it goes. Do I think 69 will get life? Nah….maybe 8 to 10, maybe less for good behaviour or if he sings like a songbird. We’ll see. I’ll continue to feel no remorse for Tekashi, after all, you sleep in the bed you make.

          Any other questions?

    6. For all future felons: DON’T DYE YOUR HAIR WITH LOUD COLORS.. you might be easily pointed out in a crowd.

    7. In all 69s videos I seen alot people of many ages enjoying his music unifying Newyork his energy was for good and if you can’t see that truth and feel it your blind he was getting to big and influential so they locked him down
