Stream KXNG Crooked’s “Good vs. Evil” Album f. Eminem, RZA, Xzibit & More

KXNG Crooked is here with a statement for his Good vs. Evil album, which dropped today (November 11).

The 14-track project (with six bonus tracks) imagines a “rebel leader in a parallel world,” the Slaughterhouse rapper told HipHopDX when announcing the album in June.

Guest appearances on Good vs. Evil come from RZA, Tech N9ne and Xzibit. Eminem is featured on “Welcome to Planet X” with The Observer.

KXNG Crooked elaborated on the concept of the album, explaining that in conjunction with encouraging the next generation of rappers to find their voice on the One Shot competition, he is seeking to continue making meaningful music himself.

I remember when music reflected what was going on,” he said to DX. “Now you can have people protesting a Hillary Clinton rally or burning a flag outside of a Trump rally and then walk across the street to a rap concert talking about money and hoes. It doesn’t match. If you’re not talking about the times nowhere in your music, then you’re not a real artist to me.”

The Long Beach rapper dropped the Valley Of The KXNGS EP last month in anticipation for the album. His last solo LP was 2014’s Sex, Money & Hip Hop before he dropped the Statik KXNG project earlier this year with Statik Selektah.

      1. F**k off Stan. Em ain’t even talking that much worthy calling a intro. Btw Crooked is underrated and might even be as good as em. Heard psychopath killer?? Ems a legend but not really relevant for a long time now. And those em fans gon attack me f**k off beat the truth only em that was good was sslp mmlp eminem show devils night and welcome to hell the sequel and some features from his old days. I used to love Em but he dissapointed me a lotta times with wacky features and stupid singles. He has the lyrical but has no taste for beats or whatsoever.

      2. Same trick 50 pulled on “Murder One”. I’m much more disappointed this time though, Crooked is truly one of the most slept-on MC in the game even with the Shady Records (or formerly, Death Row) behind his back. Hearing Em and him trying to outshine each other on a track (similarly to the ones Busta used to do with him) would be fantastic.

    1. Please tell me that is strong arm steady on that xzibit track and not that SAS group from Europe that was signed to dipset back in the day. I haven’t heard strong arm steady since their album with statik, and they were always dope.
