The highly anticipated Verzuz showdown between Soulja Boy and Bow Wow still doesn’t have a scheduled date. However, while fans continue to wait, the two rappers have given people a healthy dose of content leading up to the event.
On Thursday (June 3), Soulja Boy took to Instagram to issue his friend Bow Wow a bet for their Verzuz battle. In the video he posted, fans can see an old red Lamborghini that looks like it hasn’t been used in a while.
“If you win the Verzuz, I give you the pink slip to my Lambo,” Soulja Boy said in the video. “I bet $100,000 that you do not got your Lambo still. I still got my same Lambo, I bought my shit cash.”
He continued in the caption of his Instagram post, “lil pee wee @shadmoss.”
Bow Wow hasn’t responded yet but fans can believe he won’t be taking this shot from Soulja without sending one back. On May 24, Bow Wow took to Instagram to playfully target Soulja Boy ahead of their battle. In the post, Bow Wow reshared a story Soulja Boy put up of him kissing his new girlfriend, which also happens to be an old flame.

Thats a dumb move. Sure Solja got more hits but these two have a limited appeal to begin with. They too young for the OGs to give a fuck about, and too old for Gen Z to give a fuck about. I wouldnt be suprised if the social media generation creates some stupid hashtag to rig the battle just to watch solja loose his Lambo. I wouldnt put it past them. I wish verzuz would die already and timbo and swizz would encourage these older rappers to get back in the studio. Or maybe they could provide beats and let rappers “battle” with brand new suprise tracks instead of old ass historical tracks.

Never heard a lil bow wow hit since bounce wit me album. Nobody ever took him or romeo seriously because of kiddie rap. At least solja was a little older when he came out and was doing songs with sexual themes. I never understood the comparison between solja and bow wow. It should have been bow wow and romeo.
Actually if you look up their sales and billboard hot 100 chart history, while Soulja sold more singles, Bow Wow sold more albums and has more successful singles.
Too bad Verzuz isn’t judged, there’s never a clear winner and this is ALL CAP.
