Sheek Louch has shared advice for Young Thug regarding his circle of friends amid his RICO case, while also slamming the YSL members who took plea deals.
In an interview with VladTV, the LOX lyricist reflected on Thugga’s legal woes and the number of co-defendants who have taken plea deals in the YSL RICO case. According to Sheek, the Atlanta rapper needs to remove these disloyal people from his life because they clearly don’t have his best interests at heart.
“I think it’s all the way horrible,” Sheek said of the plea deals. “Whatever you’re involved in, if you’re not going to go all the way with it, it’s no place for that kind of shit to even like snitch. Thug, I would get rid of all these muthafuckas around you and just take whatever they give you. Stop relying on these other guys, they’re not down with you.”
He continued: “I don’t even know these rappers to even speak on them as far as what happened all the way out there, but from what I’m seeing, it’s crazy. And I know he’s sitting backing thinking, ‘God damn, we was homies!’”
DJ Vlad claimed that his lawyer friends informed him that if Young Thug is found guilty of just one of the eight charges he’s facing, he could get 20 years in prison. Sheek felt bad and said all this could have been avoided if none of his fellow YSL members had cooperated with authorities.
“If everybody would’ve shut the fuck up, nobody would’ve been in that much trouble,” he said. “I mean, they know what they know, but still, there’s no space for n-ggas talking. That’s making everything worse. That’s why they separate you; they give you separate lawyers and do all that kind of shit.”
So far, eight YSL affiliates have taken plea deals. Those who regained their freedom ahead of the trial include Gunna, Young Thug’s brother Unfoonk, Slimelife Shawty (Winnie Lee), Lil Duke (Martinez Arnold), Trontavious Stephens, Antonio Sledge. YSL co-founder Walter Murphy and Antonio “Obama” Sumlin have also pleaded out.
However, some YSL associates ignored their respective plea deals. Tenquarius Mender, who goes by “Nard,” and Derontae Bebee both rejected plea deals last month which would have seen them released from jail. They now head to trial alongside Thugger, with Nard facing 50 years and Bebee facing a life sentence.
Jury selection for the trial — which will see Young Thug and 13 co-defendants tried together — began on January 4, when potential jurors watched a three-hour video of Judge Ural Glanville reading the sweeping indictment that saw an initial 28 YSL affiliates arrested on RICO charges last May.
Close to 600 residents of Fulton County have been summoned for jury duty. If chosen, they will be tasked with deciding the fate of Thugger and his YSL cohorts, who prosecutors have accused of being part of a “criminal street gang” behind a series of violent crimes in the Atlanta area, including murder.
The jury selection process hasn’t been without controversy, though. One woman was ordered to write a 30-page essay after skipping jury duty in favor of a vacation to the Dominican Republic, per WSB-TV.
Young Thug’s lawyer Brian Steele also claimed that another potential juror attempted to reach out to him via email. While the contents of the message weren’t shared during the hearing, it was enough for the judge to order an investigation.
lol its a YSL dude actually named “tenquarious” – GUILTY
Down the drain…In the words of Lary Love:
Those Rico acts got em not wanting to be gangsta no more,
Last words he heard as a free man was “get down on the floor!!”
He suppose to get a pass because he did some charity work??,
But just last week he had his chopper out in the streets straight going berserk.
Picc a lane my nigga, Is you rapping or banging?
You had the money, cars, and clothes but you couldn’t keep maintaining.
Lots of talent in you, but your brain doesn’t function too well.
Drugs and guns up in the mansion
And that shit is packaged for sale.
Stepping over a dollar so your ass can picc up a dime,
Like the detective on menace to society said “you done fucced up this time”.
In the beginning the street corner was the spot to get you up outta the hood,
Got too big for your britches now you thinking you’re Suge
You’re considered a flight risk so you stucc, blame that shit on your fame
Remember they only see the pusher but really it’s the manufacturer’s that them fuccers should blame.
Put yourself out on front street, now you’re the first that they put in the cage
And lil buddy who y’all thought was solid is snitching on you , now you’re all up in a rage
This may sound like I’m talking bout that nigga name thugga
But to be honest with you cuzzin I could be talkin bout ya brotha
If you’ve created a lane for you and your family to eat
Sit ya ass at the table and let them have those damn streets
Them people in that office are not as dumb as you think
Some niggas just get too big and get to thinking that their shit don’t stink
If you don’t talk about it, then how would a nigga know what the fucc you be doing
Those perkys and that lean got all your hard work ruined
The code has always been don’t talk on them phones
Now wire taps got em trapped and now you got a new home
Kids gonna suffer, your momma gonna be the one thats feeling ya pain
All that hard work to get on top now it’s all down the drain……damn
Innocent. Please let him make more music!

You lose me when you start talking to Vlad lol Folx should stop giving their opinion on situations they are not apart of.. What sense it makes for these players to be loyal to one man but disloyal to their own self-interests? It’s time folx stop doing time for others bs. RICO has no weight on those who took deals..they are small fish on allegations against them.
Snitching is never justified. If you can’t take what comes behind something then don’t do it. These people played them against each other and they took the bait. The new generation is truly cut from a diffrent cloth
You lose me when you start talking to Vlad lol black men, stop discussing our business with non-black people. They only want to bank off us.
