Redman To Host VH1 Celebrity Reality Show “Scared Famous”

Method Man is already set to host the new battle rap television show Drop The Mic and now, the Wu-Tang Clan vet’s affiliate Redman has been selected to host VH1’s forthcoming celebrity reality show, Scared Famous.

Airing just in time for Halloween, the series follows 10 celebrities (all made famous through different reality television shows) as they go through challenges designed to terrify and gross out the audiences, and the contestants themselves — all while sharing a house in Savannah, Georgia.

It’s for a worthy cause, though. The last celeb standing wins a grand prize of $100,000.which will be donated to a charity of their choosing.

Redman, who has been working with producer 9th Wonder on his upcoming Muddy Waters 2 LP, will likely be an entertaining addition to the show. There will be several opportunities to joke about the horrible stuff the contestants have to endure.

Here’s a full list of the show’s contestants, which includes Nicki Minaj’s ex Safaree Samuels.

    Alaska — Rupaul’s Drag Race
Don Benjamin — America’s Next Top Model
    Drita D’Avanzo — Mob Wives
