Newly-unearthed dash cam footage shows a rather calm Plies during a DUI arrest, which took place in January of this year.
The footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Plies in an exchange with two officers after he was pulled over for driving the wrong way up a one-way street.
At one point, Plies even asked for clarification about the one-way street he was traveling on.
The Florida MC also informed officers of a registered gun he had stored under his armrest.
Plies was ultimately arrested and placed in Tampa, Florida’s Hillsborough County Jail, where he was later released on $500 bond.
And in an Instagram post uploaded shortly after his release, Plies seemed more concerned with getting a tan than he did with his DUI arrest.
In the photo, the rapper appears laid out on a lounge chair, beverage of choice in hand.
This all comes after he announced that he was going to quit drinking in early 2017.
