Paul McCartney Did Not Co-Produce All Of Kanye West’s New Album

Kanye West and Paul McCartney have let loose two collaborations so far this year and more may be on the way.

After teaming up with the Beatles lead singer on “Only One” and the Rihanna-assisted “FourFiveSeconds” reports began to surface that West had assigned McCartney as the co-producer of his untitled seventh studio album.

Over the weekend, Ibn Jasper, a close friend and longtime barber for Kanye, took to Instagram to announce that West’s next album is entirely co-produced by McCartney.

Rolling Stone reports this is false.

Reps for McCartney told the the music magazine that “Paul McCartney did not co-produce all of Kanye West’s new album.”

In addition to dispelling the rumors started by Jasper, Rolling Stone confirms that “FourFiveSeconds” will indeed appear on both Rihanna and West’s upcoming albums.
