No I.D. To Hit The Studio With Eminem

Producer No I.D. has revealed plans to hit the studio with Eminem to collaborate on new music.

During an interview with MTV News, the Def Jam executive spoke on collaborating with the Shady chief, stating that he and Em have sat down and discussed hitting the lab together. He also said that a collaboration between the two would be “Hip Hop.”

“I definitely sat down and spoke with Eminem about working and we agreed to get in the studio and see what we could do,” he said. “He’s one of the best, I want to work with one of the best and try and give some music contributions. I think that would be one of the next steps in that lineage of what I’m trying to do.”

Back in May, Em revealed that he was in the beginning stages of recording his next LP.

      1. Eminem aint no NAS you white fuck! Dont even mention that pop act Eminem and the DON in the same sentence…. LIsten real Hip Hop not poppy singing fag Eminem shit

      2. Wow @Anonymous do yourself a favour and get off Nas’ nuts. It’s not like your in a position to judge Em’s ability, I mean what the fuck have you done compared to Em?

      1. Eminem doesn’t really sound the same from each solo album to the next… The way he sounded on TSSLP wasn’t the same as he sounded on TMMLP same applies to the next album TES then on Encore then on Relapse and again on Recovery. So we don’t know what Eminem will turn up on this next project, DJ Premier has already said he’s been in the studio with Em now No I.D. has so it looks like we might be getting a more “Hip Hop” Eminem back. I really think he did Recovery to get back to the popularity he was at when he went on hiatus, so hopefully he’ll get to working with The Alchemist & get some dope beats from Dr. Dre as well.

      1. Whats Weak About It?

Khalil, Just Blaze, Dr. Dre, Premier, No ID.

Throw A Alchemist Track On There or Jake One or Madlib and I Might Nut On Myself.

      2. Except you’re missing the Yelawolf feature…

Oh and the song would just be Alpha… Considering Alpha and Omega means the beginning and the end

      3. idc, that fake tracklist looks dope af! Add a spiritual successor to stan with adelle on the hook, that shit would be fire!

    2. This site may as well be StanHopDX.

Em fell off with that Recovery shit. I have SOME hope for this new album, but dude’s track record has been wack since 2010. Some would argue even before then, but I didn’t mind Encore and Relapse.

      1. I rearranged Relapse to look like this.

        01. Dr. West (Intro)
        02. Insane
        03. Buffalo Bill
        04. Elevator

        19. Steve Berman (Skit)
        20. Underground

        And it’s DOPE AS FUCK!

    3. like every none Dre producer Em brings on board to his albums, it will likely be Z-Grade No I.D. just like the Just Blaze beat on Recovery was just TERRIBLE, because Eminem has ZERO ear for beats.

      1. Idk man..he co produced a lot of songs on slaughter house and helped pick out beats like flip a bird get up and good bye and those are three great beats. cinderella man great beat, not afraid okay beat, seduction good beat.

      2. you’re so wrong. The beats you listed are all very generic beats that are not even close to some of the older beats he produces. His production skills/ear for beats has gone progressively downhill.
Go listen to his beats from Devil’s Night or Cheers. Those are the high points of Eminem production.

      3. Eminem himself has produced beats like “The Way I Am”, “Renegade”, “Purple Pills”, “American Psycho”, “Devil’s Night”, “Cleanin’ Out My Closet”, “Say Goodbye Hollywood”, “Without Me”, “Sing for the Moment” , “Superman”, “‘Till I Collapse”, “My Name”, “Lose Yourself”, “8 Mile”, “Patiently Waiting”, “Don’t Push Me”, “Go to Sleep”, “Moment of Clarity” , “Yellow Brick Road”, “Mockingbird”, “Ghetto Gospel” , “We Ain’t”…

I would say that would take a good “ear for beats”.

    4. oh yay! more pop shit like recovery….Eminem is wack as hell these days… Not even hip hop anymore… Ever since RE-UP he has been shit… Time to call it a career Em

    5. Eminem aint no NAS you white fuck! Dont even mention that pop act Eminem and the DON in the same sentence…. LIsten real Hip Hop not poppy singing fag Eminem shit

eat a dick you smelly black pig

      1. “Wow @Anonymous do yourself a favour and get off Nas’ nuts. It’s not like your in a position to judge Em’s ability, I mean what the fuck have you done compared to Em?”

      1. you’re seriously retarded if you’re calling eminem pop when nas made a shitty album called nasatradamous which is worse then encore and relapse combined you faggot ass little pos

      1. Hip hop is not the black game. And what has being white got to do with it? Just because y’all have let people like Weezy become so famous. Actually legends like Nas, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane have dictated the game for ears and influenced Eminem. Without them, where would he be?

    7. No I.D. beat on the slaughterhouse album was terrible he sampled some 70s band song was called get up lyrics were good but the beat was terrible

      1. That 2nd Anonymous statement is one of THEY most stupid comments I’ve seen on HipHopDX… And that’s saying something.

      1. Will you shut the fuck up with that already? What kind of man are you waiting for someone to get back on drugs just so he can make music you gonna shit on and download illegally anyway?

And for the record, he was full on drugs for Encore. That was suuuuch a great album, was it

    8. eminem is my favourite rapper, but honestly he has to step his game up, his verse on our house was the only track he killed in a long time!!

    9. It is jealousy.. White man does run this shit and im black and own more nas and pac CDs than I do em lmao…What HASNT he accomplished like for real..hes still extremely lyrical if his discography was backwards and SSLP and MMLP came out in 09-now yall would hate them and say he fell off from his relapse/rec. days stfu

      1. no we wouldn’t be saying he fell off if he came out with mmlp and sslp now, we wouldn’t be as shocked as we were back then but we would still see sslp as a great albuma and mmlp as a classic

    10. I would be excited but Em seems to bring the worst out of major producers who aren’t Dre. That No I.D. beat on SH album was dreadful. Em tries to co produce too much. He should just go collect beats from Just Blaze, No I.D., Alchemist, Boi-1da, T-Minus, Mr. Porter, maybe Preem and then just leave them alone. He likes to put his name on shit because he used to co produce everything with Dre.

    11. yep its true, ((most)) black people are jealous of Eminem- HE IS RUNNING THE RAP GAME

the corny white boy would rip your favourite rapper apart end of story

90% of rappers today wudn’t fuck with marshall lyrically

      1. Quit bringing race into this.
Don’t criticize people’s opinions then act like yours is fact.
I think Em is as overrated as Nas – to me his lyrical style is just a watered down version of Pharoahe Monch’s but with way worse subject matter.

    12. Fuck Detroit:

It ain’t jealousy, we just hate him because he’s wack.

and i suppose u like 2chainz big sean future waka floca? shfu

      1. and as a white guy, wth are you talking about? welcome to the 21st century, skin colour aint a thing. fuck out of here racist.
what would a black person be “mad” about with regards to this news? man some people are ignorant.

      2. ^ Says the honky who lives at his mother’s basement. Come down to Chi’s Southside to see if racism “ain’t a thing”

    13. “I recognize all of you, Every creed and colour, With that being said… FUCK your ethnicity”

      Section.80, HiiiPoWeR.

    14. YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!! I am a Stan but damn it Recovery beats were pretty trash! Em needs to produce some; Look at TES & “The Way I Am”.. Get No I.D. and Kanye to help produce! I’d love to see him pick the dream-team of producers.. he’s got the lyrics and flow on lock.. so why not?

    15. Racist comments on her bewilder me.. “MOST” black people don’t hate Eminem.. From my experience every race enjoys varieties of music regardless of what ethnicity the artist is.. What I am white so I can’t like black artists?? You guys are insane it’s the 21st; Y U STUCK N TYME???

    16. “eminem, the corny poprapper who does songs with rihanna…well that just proved you judged recovery and now his career by one fucking chorus way to go..that song, along with about 20 other eminem songs IN THE WAY PAST all made history while your sitting on your computer chair…what about nas doing now 2-3 collabs each now so far with rick ross and tyga AND put clown ass swizz beats on life is good HES the sellout if you gotta pick one and im a huuuge fan of both equally….

    17. Wow Em on a no ID track would be sick…and people relax DX is full of trolls against the biggest names in hip hop ..of course your gonna see haters come on ..EM is the biggest and most respected rapper in the world so yeah of course there’s trolls and haters ..he still has alot less then Jayz , Nas Wayne or any other big rapper out there..

    18. Eminem is good rapper but I think he’s with the best rapper of hip hop of the decades likes of Nas DMX AZ LL COOL J 50 Cent Ja Rule Snoop Dogg Busta Rhymes Talib Kewil Lupe Fiasco Game Lloyd Banks Jadakiss Styles P Fabolous Fat Joe Nelly T.I. Ludacris i this will be the best collabaration on the planet peroid the worest collabaration is Lil Gayne ft Big Sean Wiz Khalifa Drake future rick ross meek mills mac miller birdman mackie maine gudaguda tygay etc

    19. Anonymous:

And… What about Kanye and 808s & Heartbreak?

Faggots saying em is bubble gum rap bla bla

      try wack ass kanye west

Eminem best rapper END OF FAGGOTS

    20. Sounds great. No ID’s beats have been on fire lately. First, Common’s Dreamer/Believer, then Nas’ Life Is Good. Let’s see what Em can do.

    21. It never fails. Say Eminem and the racist fans come out when even YOU KNOW he has more Blacks in his inner circle than you probably have EVER had. It has been said before in here, that’s why people don’t mess with Eminem, his FANS.
