New Music Friday has gifted us some psychedelic rap goodness as Cordae and Joey Bada$$ switch lanes for a laidback collaboration that lives up to its title of “Syrup Sandwiches.”
The ever-prolific (in both music and procreation) NBA YoungBoy also asks the question: “Why release one song when you can drop five?” Given this is the first tease of a new album dropping before the end of the year, expect the full project to come in at over 20 songs.
The South continues to shine as Young Nudy and Pi’erre Bourne get ready to drop their second project together and if the lead single “Right Now” is anything to go by, it’s going to be full of hypnotic heatrocks.
This week is not all about the new generation, though, as Ice Cube, Killer Mike and Busta Rhymes joim forces for a heavyweight collaboration that’s a pure head-bopper, while Snoop Dogg and Cypress Hill‘s B-Real team up to remind folks that West Coast OGs are still going hard.
