Logic Has Money To Burn In “Contra” Music Video

Months after releasing his Bobby Tarantino II mixtape, Logic has shared the music video for “Contra,” a song featured on the 13-track project.

Directed by Mike Holland, the video features the Gaithersburg, Maryland-raised rapper driving around in a luxury BMW with a mound of cash in the back seat.

As he sets fire to the cash, Logic raps, “Most of these people can’t never ever comprehend the shit that I sing / I am polite than a muthafucka, but when I grip that mic I get mean.”

Thursday’s (June 14) release of the “Contra” visual comes roughly two months after Logic dropped the music video for “Everyday,” another track featured on Bobby Tarantino II.

Logic is currently on the road for his Bobby Tarantino vs. Everybody Tour, which will make stops in both New York and New Jersey this weekend.

    1. Logic is a lame. For a brief time I was fooled into believing he was actually a genuine person with good intentions. Unfortunately, it’s now become very clear that he is just a severe narcissist. To the point that it controls his life, this goes way beyond a healthy ego. Hopefully he was at least smart enough to burn fake money. Otherwise this could get interesting.

“Specifically, this is a violation of Title 18, Section 333 of the United States Code, which says that “whoever mutilates, cuts, disfigures, perforates, unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, Federal Reserve Bank, or Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such item(s) unfit to be reissued, shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.” The law is enforced by the Secret Service.”

      1. lol who the fuck actually thinks they used real money in this video? matter of fact in most of these videos…dont forget all that shit is just image and ENTERTAINMENT.

    2. Goddamn I need to get in the music biz. I’m just gonna use the logic career path. I’m gonna start out good as fuck, get my fan base built up until I’m huge and then sell out…
I just don’t understand how this guy has gotten worse and worse every year but he just keeps getting richer and more popular. Fuck that, I’ll stick to people like Royce DA 59. He’s been in the game since the late 90s and I never hear him drop a catchy single to sell records. That’s why he’s one of the most respected rappers and logic is the rapper who gets made fun of the most.

    3. I used to have some illusion that this dude was a bad ass rapper who could really spit. Now I just look at him like Drake. CORNBALL!
