Lil Yachty never misses a moment to troll his good friend and frequent collaborator Drake — and the Georgia native’s latest ribbing comes at the expense of Drizzy’s fashion sense.
On Friday (October 27), a video featuring Lil Boat poking fun at Drake’s appearance on the box for his unreleased Nike NOCTA du-rag went viral.

“Yo, what the fuck is this?” he says in the clip, showing the box to the camera. “Yo, this man, just be…”
After laughing about the packaging, Lil Yachty adds: “‘The tings love waves.’ Since when did Nike start doing shit like this? I ain’t never seen Nike do no shit like this.”

Lil Yachty and Drake’s bromance has been in the news a lot over the past year, and a joint album from the pair apparently isn’t out of the realm of possibility, according to Boat.
The “Speed Me Up” rapper was asked about the idea of a joint album with Drizzy in a new vlog with Our Generation Music posted on Tuesday (October 25), as the pair are frequently together.

Revealing they’d discussed it in the past, Lil Yachty said something may happen after Drake returns from his previously-announced hiatus from music.
“Yea, we talked about it before,” Yachty said. “It would be nice, right? I think he gon’ take a little second to breathe. I’ma take next year and figure out my situation and you know, we’ll look into it in the future. He gon’ take a break, I’m gon’ press the gas. And then after that, we can see what’s up.”
Then, on Drake’s birthday, Lil Yachty took the opportunity to send his friend some more good-natured ribbing.
The “Minnesota” rapper took to his Instagram Story to celebrate Drake’s 37th birthday, and pondered posting an embarrassing video of Drizzy eating a hot dog a.k.a. a “glizzy.”
“Thinking about if I wanna drop this video of Drake eating a glizzy,” he wrote next to a selfie.

Yachty didn’t end up going through with it as Drake enjoyed his 37th birthday without a video of him munching on a hot dog hitting the internet.
