Lil Yachty and Drake have become close friends in recent years, and instead of wishing the 6 God a traditional happy birthday, Lil Boat jokingly threatened to leak a not-so-flattering video of him.

The “Minnesota” rapper took to his Instagram Story on Drake’s 37th birthday on Tuesday (October 24), where he pondered posting an embarrassing video of Drizzy eating a hot dog a.k.a. a “glizzy.”

“Thinking about if I wanna drop this video of Drake eating a glizzy,” he wrote next to a selfie.

Yachty didn’t end up going through with it as Drake enjoyed his 37th birthday without a video of him munching on a hot dog hitting the internet.

In addition to becoming good friends, Lil Yachty and Drake have been collaborators on Drizzy’s recent projects. They spent time traveling together last year and Boat contributed to a handful of tracks on the 21 Savage-assisted Her Loss.

Yachty then received co-writing or production credits on five different songs from For All the Dogs while making a vocal appearance on “Another Late Night.” which saw him shout out Billie Eilish’s “big tits.”

“I let her go, she fine as hell but baby wasn’t stylish/ She had big tits like Billie Eilish but she couldn’t sing,” the Atlanta native spit, which drew a reaction from the pop star.

Eilish shared a screenshot of the lyric on Instagram last week as part of a photo dump that also included pictures of her new back tattoo, Halloween pumpkins and a close-up selfie of her wearing a cap that reads: “Girls Cum First™.”

Drake hosted a party for his 37th birthday in Miami on Monday night (October 23). One clip that went viral found Breaking Bad actors Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul in a different role than usual as they were behind the bar making drinks.

Many figured Drake pulled off the impossible to have them as bartenders, but influencer/model YesJulz pointed out that the duo own a mezcal brand and attended the party to help market it.
