Lil Wayne, Japanese clothing brand A Bathing Ape and footwear company UGG have released a lookbook to a distinct collaboration featuring two footwear silhouettes.
The first look is a pair of chunky BAPESTA sneakers dressed in suede with a shearling lining, modeled by Wayne. Its lightweight sole helps round out the design.
Tha Carter V rap star is also modeling some fur logo slides with BAPE boldly embellished between the left and right foot.
Each piece features BAPE’s certified camo pattern and STA motif.
Wayne has a known affinity for the Japanese clothing brand and has had a longtime appreciation for sheepskin boots, so a one-of-a-kind collaboration between all parties was bound to happen.
Weezy F. Baby’s UGG x BAPE collab sneakers and his furry slides are set to drop online and at all participating BAPE brick-and-mortar stores April 27.
