Lil Uzi Vert already has his sights set on another album rather than delivering a deluxe edition of Pink Tape to fans in the near future.
During a live stream while playing Call of Duty over the weekend, Uzi was asked about the possibility of a Pink Tape deluxe, which the 27-year-old shut down and instead teased a new album on the horizon.

“Nah, I’m gonna drop a whole ‘nother album,” they stated.
Fans watching the stream were obviously thrilled to hear Uzi’s plans for another project, but considering there was a three-year wait between Eternal Atake and Pink Tape, perhaps they’d be wise to pump the brakes on their excitement.

However, with Pink Tape being stuffed with 26 tracks, including three bonus songs, fans have no shortage of material to keep in rotation and some would argue a deluxe might not have made sense anyway.
In any case, Lil Uzi Vert is set to end Hip Hop’s chart struggles in 2023 as Pink Tape is slated to become the first rap album to top the Billboard 200 this year.

Early projects suggest the project will earn between 220,000 and 250,000 equivalent album units in its first week, enough to secure a No. 1 debut on the chart.
One of the most popular songs from Pink Tape is “Endless Fashion” featuring Nicki Minaj. The knockout collaboration debuted at No. 6 on the U.S. Spotify charts with 1.617 million streams, according to Chart Data.
The Young Money rapper recently opened up about the track’s draining recording process to ensure she made the deadline for Uzi’s album. Shortly after the album’s arrival, Nicki took to Twitter to reveal that she spent 10 hours writing her guest verse before turning it in at the last minute.
She added that during this process, she had to continually ask Uzi for more time while assuring him that she’d deliver before the cut-off point.

“Girl I started @ 8am & finished like 5pm. When I tell you I was exhausted by the time I was done. Lol. B/c I was rushing to get it in on time,” she wrote in response to Uzi’s girlfriend, JT, who had applauded her for “how fast you turned your verse in.”
