Lil Pump has smashed up a brand new Ferrari’s windshield to promote the released of his forthcoming album Lil Pump 2.

The Florida rap star’s new album, which features appearances from NBA YoungBoy, Smokepurpp, Ty Dolla $ign and more, drops on Friday (March 17). To commemorate the tape’s imminent arrival, Pump decided to introduce a wrench to the windshield of a brand new Ferrari.

Lil Pump 2 will serve as the official sequel to his 2017 debut Lil Pump, which spawned the rapper’s breakout 5x platinum hit “Gucci Gang.” The album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 45,000 first-week units, and was eventually certified gold.

“[Lil Pump 2] is dropping in August around my birthday,” Pump previously said in an interview with Inked Magazine.“It’s about to be crazy. This is gonna be a masterpiece.”

The rapper’s birthday was on August 17, but the date came and went with no release. Pump then revealed last November that he couldn’t drop the album as planned, because the hard drive containing the album had fallen into a lake.

“Guys I lost my hard-drive to LP2. I lost it in the middle of a lake,” he said in an Instagram Live clip. “I can’t find it. Can you please help me find it? Please help me. Please!”

Lil Pump has since spent the majority of 2023 getting in shape, and has flexed his fitness progress on multiple occasions. On February 1, the Florida native shared before and after photos of himself, and could be seen sporting a leaner, more athletic physique — with his protruding “lean gut” now a thing of the past.

“Looking good feeling better working out is my new addiction should I go keep going?” he wrote in the caption.

The rapper’s health and wellness journey began back in 2019 when he announced he was quitting drugs for good.

“Yo guys, I’m making an announcement,” he said on Instagram Live at the time. “I don’t sip no more lean at all. I don’t do no more drugs, fuck all that.” In the background, someone could be heard shouting: “Good job, Pumpee!”

In other Lil Pump news, the 22-year-old dropped off his Tesla collab project with Smokepurpp last month.
