Young Thug, Big Sean & More To Appear On Lil Keed’s Posthumous Album ‘Keed Talk To ‘Em 2’

Lil Keed’s posthumous album Keed Talk to ‘Em 2 is on the way, and the tracklist has been revealed with a host of heavy hitters joining the fray.

The late rapper’s Instagram page shared a post on Tuesday (March 7) unveiling the project’s tracklist, which boasts features from Young Thug, Big Sean, Trippie Redd, Cordae, NAV, Lil Gotit, Fridayy, KayCyy and more across its 20-song running length.

Keed Talk to ‘Em 2 is scheduled to drop on March 17 and marks the first full-length release since Lil Keed’s death in May 2022.

Keed’s mother Tonnie Woods-Reed first announced the album on Instagram in January, and credited it with helping her cope with his passing.

“On May 13, 2022, I lost my son Raqhid Render – who many of you knew as the artist Lil Keed,” she wrote. “While this journey through the different phases of grief has been indescribably hard, a way that I have found to cope is through his music.”

She continued: “As much as he was a great father, son, and friend – he was also an artist who (thanks to many of you) lived and continues to live through his music.”

Lil Keed (born Raqhid Jevon Render) died unexpectedly at just 24 years old. He was laid to rest during an emotional ceremony in Atlanta, which was attended by family, friends and loved ones.

While rumors swirled around the cause of his death, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled earlier this year that the YSL affiliate died from natural causes due to eosinophilia, which is defined as “a higher-than-normal level of eosinophils.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, “Eosinophils are a type of disease-fighting white blood cell. This condition most often indicates a parasitic infection, an allergic reaction or cancer.”

Initial reports following his death stated that Lil Keed’s cause of death was organ failure. Sources close to the YSL rapper told TMZ that Keed was experiencing severe stomach pain just days before his death and sought medical treatment at a Los Angeles hospital.

Although Keed had struggled with drugs and alcohol for years, he was said to be clean and sober in the months leading up to his death. But despite that, sources said his liver and kidneys started shutting down, which they believed led to his passing.
