Kodak Black‘s arrest report has revealed a whole lot of details about the rapper’s recent arrest in South Florida — and now, the state has made a motion to revoke the rapper’s bail.
According to court documents and arrest reports obtained by HipHopDX on Thursday (December 7), police approached the rapper (real name Bill Kapri) when they found his Bentley SUV parked in the roadway. When officers approached the vehicle, they spotted a styrofoam cup filled with a substance that “smelled like alcohol,” per the arrest report, which prompted probable cause to search the vehicle.
Subsequently, police found “cannabis wrapping paper and suspect cannabis residue” on the car’s console, and white powder falling from the rapper’s clothes. In the arrest report, the officer wrote that he “believed Kapri was trying to discard illegal narcotics” and that Kodak Black’s mouth was “full of white powder.”
“I placed Kapri in handcuffs and observed white, rock-like substances on the ground,” the arresting officer wrote. “Kapri uttered that it was ‘Percocet.'”
Subsequently, the State of Florida moved to have the rapper’s bond revoked based on his “violation of condition of pretrial release.” Check it out below.
HipHopDX has reached out to Kodak Black’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, for comment.
According to arrest records obtained by HipHopDX, the 26-year-old rapper was booked into the Broward County Jail after being caught with cocaine in Plantation, Florida. Records show that he is also being charged with improper parking or stopping a vehicle and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
It’s worth noting that the “Super Gremlin” hitmaker was charged with drug trafficking last July after authorities found 31 pills alleged to be oxycodone in his possession plus more than $70,000 in cash.
He has since claimed through his lawyer that he is the victim of a police cover-up. In a motion to dismiss the case, the rapper claims that the oxycodone he was accused of possessing and trafficking was just Tylenol that had been obtained over the counter, according to TMZ.
Kodak, who is represented by Bradford Cohen, has accused the Broward County Sheriff’s Office of conspiring against him, singling out FBI Special Agent James Mitchell for being biased against the rapper.
Kodak Black is currently being held in the jail on $5,000 bond. As of this writing, he remains behind bars.

“Every Thursday, girl’s day, spendin’ time with my daughter, make me go harder”
Also on Thursday, busted for coke..
Might as well accept that he will be swallowing a lot of white stuff while he’s in prison for this shit.
Wait a minute…if his bail only $5,000….WHYYYY IS HE STILL IN THERE?!?!?! he had been zonked outta his minds wallowing a mouthful of coke. Unless it was trash. Lol
That’s what I was thinking
He’s on pre-trial release duh! Even if he pays the bond for those new charges He’s still not getting out. He violated the pre-trial conditions therefore forfeiting his freedom. The fact he got caught with more drugs that man ain’t getting out no time soon.
