Kanye West Station Petitioned For By Man In The U.K.

Chicago rapper Kanye West has received a great deal of praise in a petition that calls for Kent, England’s Canterbury West Station to be renamed Kanye West Station.

The author of the Change.org petition, Mark Kilner referred to Kanye as both “the greatest human being of our time” and “a latter-day Moses.”

“I see this as the first step towards a brighter future when the whole of Canterbury is renamed after Kanye (wealth be upon him); visitors can come and go via Kanye West Station or Kanye East Station (or indeed, Kanye Bus Station), pilgrims can flock to Kanye Cathedral to pay homage to the great man, and the sick and the injured can be healed at Kent and Kanye Hospital (I’d love to see the “Kent” in that last one changed to “Kim” but I accept that might be a step too far for some people),” Kilner wrote.

The petition is addressed to the Canterbury City Council Southeastern.

As of today (December 1), the petition has received a little over 1,500 signatures. Kilner’s petition is several hundred signatures shy of its goal of 2,500 signatures.

    1. a Ye station would be dope but let’s not get all crazy with the “greatest human being” – type worship. calm the fuck down.

    2. How about just naming a urinal after him, shaped like YE’s mouth, & everytime he says something STUPID or OUTRAGEOUS we can all piss in it?@!@?

    3. Hahaha this man knows whats up. He’s making a fool out of Kanye and his stans worshipping him like a God. “Wealth be upon him” instead of “peace be upon him” like muslims usually say after mentioning a prophets name, I thougth that was funny.
ps: Kanye you will never be bigger than Jim Morrison

      1. You even know who he is and thats after 40 years of him being dead. 40 years after Kanyes death nobody is going to remember Kanye.
