Kanye West‘s oldest daughter North West seems to be getting more and more comfortable with stardom, as she won over a packed audience with just one song during a performance in Los Angeles.

On Friday (May 24), the 10-year-old took the stage at the Hollywood Bowl on the first of two concerts celebrating 30 years of the Lion King.

Following her dramatic performance of “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” she received a standing ovation from a crowd that included her father, mother Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker and Kris Jenner.

A celebration of the original 1994 film, the performances also features Jennifer Hudson, Jeremy Irons, Jason Weaver and many more. The live-to-film event will be filmed over two shows, following which it will be released on the Disney+ streaming service.

Last month, it was announced that Beyoncé will be returning to the Lion King franchise for a prequel to the 2019 remake, and she’s bringing her oldest daughter along.

PerVariety, 12-year-old Blue Ivy has been summoned to play Simba and Nala’s daughter Kiara, in Mufasa: The Lion King. Bey will reprise her role as Nala, while Donald Glover, Seth Rogan, Billy Eichner and more also set to return to their roles.

The new film, which will be soundtracked by Lin-Manuel Miranda, will explore Mufasa’s origin story and explore his childhood Scar — it will premiere in theaters on December 20.

Meanwhile, North has already distinguished herself in the music industry thanks to a cameo on her father’s collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign.

In late February, Billboard reported that the youngster’s feature on “Talking” has made her one of the youngest artists to ever secure a spot on their Hot 100 tally.

Soon after the accomplishment went public, her parents took to their Instagram Stories to celebrate the accolade. Ye and Kim Kardashian both shared screenshots of the news, with the latter writing “My baby!!!!”

On the song in question, she raps: “I love it here/ We’re gonna take over another year/ It’s your bestie Miss, Miss Westie. Don’t try to test me/ It’s gonna get messy/ Just, just bless me, bless me/ It’s your bestie Miss, Miss Westie.”

A little over a week after its release, Ye and Ty’s album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

According to the publication, the collaborative effort generated 148,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, with 129,000 of that figure coming from streaming units (167.78 million on-demand streams in total), 18,000 from pure album sales and 1,000 from TEA (track equivalent album) units.
