Juelz Santana and his wife, model Kimbella Vanderhee, have decided to call it quits.

The former Love & Hip Hop: New York star revealed the news in a series of social media posts on Wednesday (December 29). In a photo from Miami Beach, Kimbella captioned it: “Next chapter … S I N G L E.” She then took it to her Instagram Stories to elaborate further.

“Arguing 24/7 because his feelings were all that mattered. Begging him to change so we could make it work,” she wrote alongside movie clips, according to VIBE. “Feeling numb because he made you feel like the problem. Watching him mess up again when he promised he’d change.”

She continued: “Feeling alone after he lied the whole relationship. Knowing it’s time to give up even though you love him. Figuring out how you’re going to fix yourself after he dragged you down.”

Kimbella also updated her Instagram bio to include, “Single Mom.”

The pair got together in 2009 after meeting on the set of Juelz’s Chris Brown-assisted single, “Back To The Crib.” After two children and nearly a decade of dating, the Dipset rapper popped the question on stage at New York City’s Apollo Theater in 2018.

They married just two months later ahead of Juelz’s pending prison sentence for a weapons and drug case. They welcomed a third child while he was behind bars.

While he hasn’t commented on the split, Juelz appears to be focused on music. Earlier this week, he announced he’s dropping a new project with DJ Drama, We In Motion.

In an Instagram post on Monday (December 26), the Harlem native revealed the project is set to arrive at the top of 2023. It’s unclear if it will be a part of Drama’s legendary Gangsta Grillz discography.
