Jack Harlow gave his hometown fans a big surprise at a recent show — by doing his best Elvis Presley impression.
The rapper put on two shows with the Louisville Orchestra over the weekend. The concerts, titled No Place Like Home, were this year’s edition of a series he’s been putting on since 2021.

This iteration had Harlow and the orchestra performing at the city’s Kentucky Center. According to the Courier Journal, the hometown hero played two dozen of his own hits, but he also added a few notable covers, including the Frank Sinatra-associated “Fly Me to the Moon” and Elvis’ 1961 smash hit ballad “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”
The latter performance went viral as fan video trickled out from the Friday night performance. Check it out below, via WLKY News Louisville.
Last month, Harlow surprised people in a very different way — by sharing his rather unconventional choice for his favorite rap group.
Talking to fans on Instagram in mid-November, the 26-year-old rapper was asked to choose the “most legendary rap group” between Wu-Tang Clan, Dipset and A$AP Mob. However, he had a very different nomination.

“Try again,” Harlow responded with a photo of the now-defunct YBN collective, which at one time consisted of YBN Nahmir, YBN Almighty Jay and the group’s breakout star, Cordae.
The YBN collective started off with just Nahmir and Jay while playing XBOX Live back in 2014. Cordae then joined in 2018. After dropping their gold-selling – and only – project YBN: The Mixtape that same year, the group would disband permanently just a few years later.
Jack Harlow’s post elicited some strong responses on social media when Akademiks shared it on his page.
“Harlow had his G-Easy/Macklemore run. Haven’t heard his name since 2021. Hope he’s well,” one person wrote.

Someone else was more upset about A$AP Mob being in the conversation, writing: “N-ggas put asap mob in the same sentence as wu-tang and the diplomats.”
Others agreed with his choice, with someone commenting: “YBN Was Actually Ahead of their time [fire emoji] . They Can Easily Go Head to Head w Wutang ANYDAY.”
