Kanye West doesn’t look like he’ll be easing off on the online slander that’s been dominating his Instagram account over the past few days.

After firing off a series of family-related posts taking aim at his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner and Kim’s ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson, Ye is now turning his attention back to adidas and the company’s Senior Vice President/General Manager Daniel Cherry III.

On Saturday (September 3), Kanye trashed Cherry in a series of tweets over what he perceives to be a hijacking of his Yeezy brand.

In the first post referencing Cherry, Ye shared a screenshot of a news story about the former DC Comics General Manager moving to adidas. “Hi my name is DC I was hired by the recently deceased Kasper without YE’s knowledge to run the most culturally influential brand in the world,” West captioned the post. “I got ideas Starting with this hat They gave me the job over Mark Minor because they love my hat idea Damn I miss Kasper.”

After sharing a series of posts that poke fun at Cherry’s fondness for headwear, Ye went on to take aim at venture capitalists. “FUCK A VC … NOW WHAT,” he wrote in one post.

He followed it up with another scathing verbal attack, potentially aimed at Cherry. “VENTURE CAPITALIST WHO’S ONLY ADVENTURE IS CAPITALISM,” he wrote. “CAN’T CREATE SO THEY TRY TO OUT COUNT THE CREATIVES.” Kanye signed the post off with: “DIE SLOW.”

Kanye West then wrote a lengthy post recounting an incident where Cherry allegedly told Lil Uzi Vert that he should’ve “TAKEN IT TO THE HANDS” with Ye years ago.

“IF A GOOD LIKE DC CAN TRY ME THEN MY REPUTATION ISNT BAD ENOUGH,” he wrote. “TELLING UZI RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THAT BACK IN THE DAYS HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE HANDS THEN EMOTIONALLY BLACK MALE ME TO GET ON THE PHONE WITH HIS DAUGHTER THEN START LYING TO HIS OWN CHILD.”

“YOU AINT FINNA TAKE IT TO THE HANDS YOU FINNA TAKE IT TO THE HADS I GOT MY NEW YORK TIMES COVER READY FOR WHEN YOU GET FIRED,” he added, alluding to the mock newspaper template he’s used to slander both Pete Davidson and adidas CEO Kasper Rørsted in recent weeks.

Kanye added in another post: “I GUARANTEE YOU’LL HAVE TO RELOCATE BEFORE I’M LEGALLY FINISHED WITH YOU.”

In another post from his rant, Ye shared a photo of Kid Cudi dressed in the wedding dress he wore to the 2021 CFDA Fashion Awards. In the original photo, Cudi is seen holding hands with the dress designer Eli Russell Linnetz. In Ye’s version, he’s superimposed Cherry’s face onto the Venice Beach-based designer’s so it looks like Cudi and Cherry are holding hands.

Ye’s latest attack on adidas comes after declaring adidas CEO Kasper Rørsted “dead at 60” on the cover of a mock New York Times newspaper amid his war with the German sports giant.

Kanye made sure to save some smoke for Kid Cudi in the sub headline’s fine print which read: “I know what you’re thinking… Who is Kasper? But even less importantly who is Kid Cudi?”

The Chicago rap icon initially captioned the post: “I’m not here to be liked, [if] you don’t like it leave,” before updating it to the less contentious: “God loves us.”

Yeezy previously mocked Cudi in a fake New York Times front page declaring Pete Davidson “dead” following his break-up with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian in August.

“Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers,” read the small print at the bottom of the newspaper in reference to Cudi leaving the Rolling Loud Miami stage over having bottles thrown at him. Cudi was selected to replace Ye after he dropped out in July.
