South Korean hip hop heavyweight Tiger JK returns with his latest single, “POV.” The track was first announced on August 5th and was finally dropped with a music video today (August 9).

The music video follows a bloodied Tiger JK running from and exchanging blows with a group of men in suits. Its fast-paced action scenes complement the rapper’s equally energetic flows.

This release follows the announcement of the rapper and his wife, fellow Feel Ghood Music artist Yoonmirae’s withdrawal from the Head In The Clouds Festival Los Angeles lineup. In a statement released by the label’s Twitter last August 2, they wrote:

Despite our best efforts, Tiger JK and Yoonmirae will not be performing at this year’s Head In The Clouds Festival.

While we are saddened by the turn of events, we are especially heartbroken about not being able to see our incredible fans. Our fans are TRULY THE BEST and we can’t wait to share all the great things we have in store for you this year. Stay tuned to our socials and our Feel Ghood Music Account for the latest updates and we will see you very, very soon.

Love, Peace, and Respect,

Feel Ghood Music

Tiger JK tweeted later that they will still be in Los Angeles in August, and thanked fans for showing their support despite the announcement.

The Korean rap OG recently collaborated with K-pop group SEVENTEEN’s HOSHI for “호랑이” (Tiger) in celebration of World Tiger Day, which also coincided with the former’s birthday.
