6ix9ine dropped his new single “GINÉ” on Friday (April 15) following a return to social media and all of the antics that come with it. Blueface caught wind of his return and decided to reignite their ongoing feud from over the years, bringing up his snitching history and comparing him to the police.

“Y does 69 think somebody else is supposed to care or do some to him other then the people he told on,” he tweeted on Monday (April 19). “Nobody is looking for that man. Give the tough guy act up already my guy Nobody is tryna hurt you we looking for the robbers an killers your a civilian. Somebody get this man a badge an a whistle already.”
Akademiks quickly reposted Blueface’s tweets to his Instagram page, where 6ix9ine hopped into the comments section.
“Now if I respond and finish this off beat 1 hit wonder ya gonna cry and say ’69 YOU ALWAYS STARTIN TO PROMOTE YA COMEBACK … STOP STARTIN STUFF,'” he said. “just look at the pattern.”
Blueface and 6ix9ine — who now share the same manager in Wack 100 — have a history of back-and-forths, with the Los Angeles rapper previously challenging Tekashi to a boxing match.

“I would love to whoop 6ix9ine’s ass, for sure,” he said in July 2021. “Fuck the height difference, we weigh about the same. So let’s set it up, if not him, then someone else in my weight class. I don’t see why [he wouldn’t agree to a fight], you know? He’s not doing much more than I am at this moment. It’s not like it’s more beneficial for me than him, and it’s not like it’s more beneficial for him than me.”
He added, “I don’t really care for the guy, honestly. It’s not like I have some sort of personal vendetta. I was minding my business and getting my little head tat and whatnot, he decided to comment and reflect on it. So this is the repercussion.”
