Kanye West is still pining after his estranged wife Kim Kardashian a year after she filed for divorce. Despite the former reality television star’s budding romance with Saturday Night Live actor Pete Davidson, Kanye has been on a mission to “get his family back,” as he puts it.

Soulja Boy is well aware of Ye’s relationship woes and shared an Instagram video to his account on February 18 telling Kanye, “Wake up. Skete got your bitch, n-gga. What you gonna do? Is you gonna keep posting memes of Marvel vs. Capcon or you gonna lay the smack down, lame? What you talkin’ bout? That’s what the fuck you get, n-gga.

“N-gga, you tried to play me. Don’t you know who the fuck is? I’m Big Draco. Now you runnin’ around Hollywood cryin’ like a bitch. Fuck you Kanye.”

Over the weekend, Soulja Boy posted a heated text exchange with Ye to his Instagram Stories that started with Kanye West warning Draco, “Don’t bring up me or my wife no more.”

Draco replied, “Or what n-gga? N-gga you lame as fuck. I speak on what I want to. Go get your bitch back.” Kanye instantly changed the subject and said, “I need to send you this stem player. You was the first to break YouTube. Need that Donda 2 verse.”

Although the optics aren’t great, Soulja Boy insists he and Kanye are friends who are just exchanging “a lil friendly jokes and fun.”

He continued, “Don’t think I’m against him. He spoke, we got figure it out. We both two smart individuals chasing out dreams. We both act lil crazy sometimes but we know what we doing. It’s all love never get it confused.”

Speaking to HipHopDX in January, Soulja Boy provided an update on their relationship after the Donda slight. In November 2021, Kanye flatly stated Soulja Boy’s verse wasn’t up to par while speaking to Drink Champs but later text Soulja Boy, “Yo It’s Ye. Love you bro. I should have told you I wasn’t gonna use the verse.”

“Kanye, Kanye, Kanye,” he told DX last month. “Aw man. Shoutout to Kanye, man. Know what I’m saying? Kanye out there living life. I see he outside now. He moving around, he doing his thing, man. I got nothing but love for Kanye. You know what I’m saying? At least he kept it real. Kanye is the type of artist where he don’t give a fuck.
