Los Angeles, CA

DaBaby‘s domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend and baby mother, DaniLeigh, turned violent early Thursday morning (February 10) as the North Carolina rapper was involved in a vicious altercation with DaniLeigh’s brother at a bowling alley in Los Angeles.

In footage circulating online, DaBaby and members of his entourage are seen fighting the singer’s older sibling, Brandon Curiel (who goes by the rap name Brandon Bills), in the middle of a bowling lane as a large group of people watch on.

It’s unclear who initiated the fight, but Bills appears to have come off worse. In one clip, a member of DaBaby’s entourage grabs him by his dreadlocks and flings him to the ground with force, prompting gasps from the crowd of spectators.

After landing several punches himself, DaBaby then walks away from the scuffle, but is followed by a shirtless Bills, whose face is bloody and swollen. The fight threatens to break out again as Bills follows DaBaby through the crowd before the footage cuts off.

Brandon Bills and DaniLeigh both took to their respective Instagram Stories on Thursday to address the altercation, with Bills claiming he approached DaBaby to “talk like men” before being jumped.

“N-ggas want to grab me by my hair. N-ggas ain’t catch no fair one,” Bills said in a video showing minor injuries to his face. “They came and jumped me, my n-gga, once I slipped. I spoke to you like a man, my n-gga. I said, ‘Yo, let’s talk one-on-one like some men, my n-gga. Me and you on the side, my n-gga. On some real n-gga shit.'”

Meanwhile, DaniLeigh wrote, “Lame as hell!!!! Running up on my brother on some slippery ass floors with 5/6 of ya boys while he’s by himself and not even touching him!!! Lame and soooo sad!!!! I pray this stops now!!! [Because] this is my family! And I got a daughter to raise. Sad.”

DaBaby and DaniLeigh were embroiled in a public spat last November when the on-and-off couple got into a heated argument in front of their baby daughter that was captured on Instagram Live. DaBaby claimed he recorded the argument for his “safety” and twice called the cops on DaniLeigh.

“When you come to the West Coast, bro, which I know you be out here, you’re going to catch this one-on-one fade, bro,” he said in an Instagram Story video. “One-on-one fade to see what happens between me and you. I want to see how gangsta you are, to see how much of a real man you are.

“This n-gga wanna disrespect my sister online for the world to see, disrespect my family… This don’t even got nothing to do with my sister no more, bro. This gotta do with me and you.”

DaBaby responded to Bills’ threat by leaving a hugging face emoji in his Instagram comments section.

DaBaby is no stranger to scuffles. In May 2019, the “Suge” hitmaker knocked out an aspiring rapper by the name of Cam Coldheart after he heckled him at North Carolina mall. Coldheart later passed away in April 2021.
