“The Ye vocals are in.” Kanye West made a stop as a guest at DJ Khaled’s Miami estate on Friday morning (January 21) and the “Cold” collaborators hit the studio for another highly-anticipated collaboration.
Khaled scooped up Yeezy from a nearby airport early Friday and the two cruised in style back to Khaled’s mansion while bumping some classic Ye Graduation cut “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.”
The superstar duo then took its talents to Khaled’s home studio where he posted a series of clips — unfortunately without any sound — of the pair jamming out and photos of Kanye West in the booth as well which were courtesy of Ivan Berrios. Khaled went so hard he ripped through the sole of his 2009 Net Nike Air Yeezy I’s.
“Ye vocals secured. The Ye vocals is in and it’s secured. Now I gotta go shoot this commercial,” the We The Best boss said before signing off in an Instagram Story.

Kanye and DJ Khaled have linked up numerous times throughout their decorated careers on tracks such as 2012’s “Cold,” 2008’s “Go Hard” with T-Pain, 2012’s “Wish You Would,” Consequence’s “Grammy Family” and more.
The newly minted Gap designer caught up with Khaled in early 2021 when the Miami-bred DJ played Yeezy his KHALED KHALED album, which dropped in April.
With DJ Khaledteasing another forthcoming Drake collaboration earlier this week, many fans are connecting the dots and wondering if he’s planning to reunite Drizzy and Kanye West on a track with the pair of rap dignitaries on good terms once again. The last Drake/Kanye collaboration arrived in 2017 with More Life‘s “Glow.”
