Lil Uzi Vert had fans buzzing with excitement at the top of the year when he announced he would be releasing a new mixtape. The project would be called The Pink Tape, and Baby Pluto teased various snippets throughout the year.

We’re at the end of 2021, and Lil Uzi Vert has yet to drop a full-length project, despite saying — then taking back — The Pink Tape would arrive by Halloween. As fans continue to wait for Uzi to unleash the project, he’s leaving another hint that may have something to do with The Pink Tape.

Lil Uzi Vert recently took to his Instagram Story with a name that has fans wondering what it could be that he’s talking about. In the post, fans can see a dry erase board with the word “DELTA PINK” written on it.

There’s no word on whether “DELTA PINK” is a song title or the name of a project, but it has fans wondering. The last update Lil Uzi Vert gave on The Pink Tape was at Rolling Loud New York where he performed three songs off the project in front of a raucous Big Apple crowd.

Uzi kicked off his electrifying set running on stage as one of the songs from The Pink Tape echoed through Citi Field in Queens, New York. Another unreleased song followed and fans began to catch on that Uzi was performing portions of project live for the first time.

“Oh so y’all want to keep raging,” Uzi asked the crowd before going into the final preview of The Pink Tape.
