It appears Cordae has taken a page out of Big Sean’s book of life.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday (November 2), the HiLevel Records CEO shared a miraculous transformation photo collage chronicling his recent weight loss journey while working on his upcoming album.
“While creating this forthcoming album, I was forced to elevate myself in mind, body, and spirit,” Cordae remarked in the caption. “I’ve become more self-reflective and self-aware than ever. While my vessel has improved, it’s nothing compared to my mind, spirit and soul which has reached even greater heights. Still growing, still getting better day by day. #FromaBirdsEyeView #HiLevel.”
A number of rappers hopped in Cordae’s comment section to congratulate him and offer the 24-year-old support as he continues on his newfound path of health and wellness.

LVRN lyricist Westside told Cordae his transformation was “Amazing,” and Common added writing, “Great work, health is wealth,” while DMV rapper 30hBlack wrote, “It’s my turn moe.”
Cordae’s significant weight loss further reinforces the growing trend in Hip Hop geared toward leading healthier lifestyles.
After debuting his shredded physique back in February, Big Sean shared an IG testimonial last month, revealing that working out has also kept him sharp while encouraging his fans to, “Stay focused and take care of yourself.”
Additionally, Houston hottie Megan Thee Stallion is digging into her health and fitness bag as of late with her new role for Nike as the “Hot Girl Coach” alongside Nike trainer Tara Nicolas for a series of workouts available on the Nike Training Club (NTC) app.
