Mumbai-based hip hop group 7Bantai’Z reflects on and celebrates their growth together in the latest posse track, “Jhoom Zara” (Zoom In).

Made up of Mr. Scam, Crackpot, Yoku B.I.G., Mc Notez, Sid J, and Bonz N Ribz, the multilingual group takes pride in their diverse backgrounds, rapping in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Marwadi, and English.

The track was accompanied by a music video directed by Shubham Dolas, with each member getting their moment and reveling in both their individual and collective success.

“Jhoom Zara” tackles classic hip hop tropes of hustling and a strong sense of loyalty and community. “It’s about their unshakable strength and desire towards their goals and how they are achieving all of them one at a time,” reads the video description.

Last month, 7Bantai’Z shared “Hands Up,” a festive track that celebrates brotherhood and friendship, an ongoing theme in their music.
