Travis Scott is getting busy.
As he continues to work on new music (including a joint album with Kid Cudi), La Flame is making sure to keep his portfolio diversified as well and has reportedly partnered with McDonald’s for a new collab. Details aren’t clear yet, but a leaked memo from the fast food chain’s US chief marketing officer Morgan Flatley made its way to Business Insider and they’re apparently really excited.
“From his impossible-to-get Nike sneaker line, to a cereal collab with General Mills that sold out in 30 seconds, to a record-setting virtual concert series inside Fortnite, Travis Scott is the definition of big in culture,” Flatley wrote. “Beyond this, he is a true fan of McDonald’s and our craveable, iconic food. He will resonate and spark excitement with our youthful multicultural customers, and has a few surprises to delight our crew and ensure they are part of the excitement.”
Later in the memo, she revealed that Travis will not be the only big name partnering with McDonald’s in the future. (Someone call Kanye West.)

“Travis is the first in a suite of big celebrities that resonate across segments and are true fans of our food and our brand,” she continued. “We can’t wait to share the rest of the lineup… in due time.”
Rumors of a collab between the Astroworld rapper and the iconic fast-food chain began surfacing prior to the leaked memo after images of some apparel popped up online that featured McDonald’s products with custom Nike Air Forces, a hat that reads ‘McCactus’ and food with Travis’ doodles on them.
According to the memo, they will officially announce the partnership in “early September.”
