Juelz Santana had a strict list of people he needed to see once he was released from prison. Among them? His dentist.
On Friday (August 7), Santana’s dentist Dr. Daniel Rubinshtein shared a video of himself standing next to the Dipset member saluting him and welcoming him back to society.
“He’s back!” Rubinshtein exclaims as the camera zooms in on Santana’s t-shirt featuring a screen-printed image of him wearing a bandana with I’M BACK on the front. “Welcome home.”
Santana’s teeth have been widely discussed over the years — at one point, they appeared to be missing, then he revealed he lost them due to drug use and later, he debuted a wide smile after getting them fixed.

Santana was released from FCI Petersburg Medium in Hopewell, Virginia, on Wednesday (August 6) after being sentenced to 27 months behind bars. In March 2018, he was arrested after officials at Newark International Airport discovered a handgun as well as oxycodone pills in his carry-on bag. He pleaded guilty to the charges and delayed the start of his sentence to appear at the Love & Hip Hop: New York reunion.
The Hip Hop OG was met outside of the prison by his wife Kimbella and children, including his youngest child who was born while he was incarcerated.
Although Santana was behind bars, it didn’t slow up his productivity. He released singles such as “23&1” and “Pink Eagle” featuring Dave East and fellow Dipset OG Jim Jones while locked up.
