Snapchat is dipping its toes into the Tekashi 6ix9ine drama. The app’s parent company Snap Inc. has announced seven new original shows for its video platform, including a documentary series about the controversial rapper.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Vs. The World is described as an “up-to-the-minute docuseries” covering the disgraced artist’s rise and fall in the music industry. Complex will produce the series with subsequent seasons covering different subjects.

“Each season of Snap’s new franchise Vs. The World will explore the life and journey of some of the biggest names in Hip Hop, sports and entertainment culture, with exclusive footage, commentary and a totally original perspective,” Snap said in a press release.

6ix9ine has found himself back in the spotlight after testifying at the trial against alleged Nine Trey Gangsta Blood members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.
