The Swedish Prosecution Authority has reportedly dropped all charges against one of the men involved an alleged assault with A$AP Rocky.

According to Page Six, a spokesperson for the Swedish Prosecution Authority said just one of the men had been under investigation after Rocky’s bodyguard filed a counter-notice in the wake of the fight.

He was being held on suspicion of “abuse, assault and attempted assault.”

“The preliminary investigation in that matter is now discontinued and the injured party is no longer suspected of any crime,” the Swedish Prosecution Authority said in a press release on Monday (July 22).

Senior Public Prosecutor Daniel Suneson explained Rocky’s bodyguard “repeatedly” asked the unidentified man to leave before allegedly getting physical, which could be viewed as self-defense.

“When he refuses to leave, the other person first pushes him away and then takes a grip around the other persons neck and lifts him away a few meters,” Suneson said. “In this situation, the person throws his headphones on the notifier, and tries to hand out battles, which may be considered as right to self-defense.”

Prosecutors are expected to hand down their decision regarding Rocky’s potential indictment by Thursday (July 25). The A$AP Mob powerhouse has been behind the bars of a Swedish jail since July 2 after he was arrested for his alleged involvement in the beatdown.

Donald Trump attempted to intervene on Rocky’s behalf, but Sweden’s prime minister Stefan Löfven refused to give Rocky any “special treatment.”

Rocky’s mother, Renee Black, thought Trump would’ve been able to get the job done. In an interview with TMZ, Black said she didn’t want to pull the “race card” but believes that’s “what it’s looking like.”
