As BBY Goyard inches closer to his upcoming Depth Perception EP, the Maryland rapper is giving fans a little taste with the “Wild Thing” single.
Throughout the track, Goyard’s lyrics stay true to his infatuation with punchlines and pop culture references, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Zillow, DC Go-Go music, Fat Joe, Family Matters,Dawson’s Creek, Wyatt Earp and basketball player Shawn Bradley.
“A futuristic trap style track littered with pop culture references, for the people who love everything from Dawson’s Creek to Buffalo Wild Wings,” he said in press release.
As described the press release, the track opens with “distorted zappy chords that bounce above a future trap beat with fast 808s and thumping bass, the track is ripe for Triller.”
