Iggy Azalea won’t be hitting the road this month for her Bad Girls Tour. The former chart-topper has revealed her tour was canceled, confirming a recent report by Variety.
“Believe me – i was really excited for this tour… and im genuinely disappointed it cant happen this year,” she wrote on Twitter. “The choice was out of my hands and not my call to make. I hope i will get to see you all in person one day. I love you.”
Iggy added, “All i can do is keep pushing, keep recording and keep a smile on my face.”
Live Nation, the promoter of the tour, didn’t provide any specifics for the cancellation in its statement to Variety.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Iggy Azalea’s The Bad Girls Tour has been canceled,” the statement read. “Refunds are available at point of purchase.”
Tour opener CupcakKe first hinted at trouble on Tuesday (October 2), announcing she wouldn’t be part of the shows.
“Due to a change of plans, i unfortunately will no longer be able to attend tour with iggy,” she wrote. “i’m grateful for the opportunity…and I’ll be going on tour by meself when the album drops …. be looking out for dates .. thanks.”
She also called out Live Nation for being unorganized.

“Oh sis this has nothing to do with me , or iggy really,” she explained. “it’s just the people that put the tour together was a unorganized and keep changing the plans that was in the contract so I just called out …. so once again you can grab a refund or go see the lady’s show out.”
CupcakKe later noted Iggy wasn’t at fault in the mishandling.
“Listen y’all , I went from getting paid 330k on this tour to 30k that’s what I mean by ‘change plans’……………. THIS WAS NOT IGGY THAT CHANGED PLANS !!!!!” she tweeted. “It was the ones that put it together !!!!! Iggy knows I love her …. I just need that bag IN FULL that’s all.”
