Kevin Gates Drops “Luca Brasi 3” Mixtape

    1. This dude is grossly overrated. He is absolutely average at best. Wack at worst. I guess all you gotta do is go to jail and people think you’re 2Pac. “He’s real, you don’t get it”. But what about actual TALENT though? Isn’t that a part of the game anymore? Peace.

      1. It was a wrap once the industry saw what NWA pulled in numbers. Street reporting got twisted into peddling the black experience as “just” ignorance. Whatever……

      2. If you don’t think this man has talent then you don’t know music. Once someone makes the news though, there’s always someone thinking he’s overrated just because everybody has his name in their mouth. That’s not logic. I haven’t listened to gates in awhile but when he was fresh in the game, it was blatantly obvious he had talent. No question. Has he been using that talent to the best of his ability in these recent years? I couldn’t answer that question for you like I previously mentioned.

        1. Nah G, I’m not one of those people that dislikes or likes an artist based on their success or lack of success. I’m a traditionalist with this, I base what I think about a rapper on his music, that’s it. This guys music is just very average. He’s not the worst rapper ever, but he’s certainly nothing special or even extraordinary. If he knows how to hustle and grind to make his music sell, then good for him. But talent wise, there’s somebody on every corner of the city that would outrap this guy. Peace.

    2. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But i strongly disagree about him being overrated or his music being average. He is like Pac cause he puts alot his emotion in his music and has a lot of types of songs that he makes it has nothing to do with them both going to jail thats just a person with an ignorant view. Most people who trash him I guarantee have maybe heard 1 or 2 songs and judge him. He is better than most rappers out there right now easily. Ans I like this album better than The Carter V. So Peace,
