After several weeks following his arrest by Clark Atlanta University’s police officers, Trey Songz’BET News.
On April 6 a car that Trey was riding in was pulled over and the singer was arrested for allegedly obstructing the law and disorderly conduct. Attorney Curtis L. Hubbard denies those allegations.
“Trey Songz did not obstruct any law enforcement personnel, nor was his conduct in simply remaining seated in the vehicle disorderly or disruptive.”

Trey, whose real name is Tremain Neverson, sustained several injuries during the incident. Hubbard revealed that none of them were severe.
“The injuries were non-life threatening…Mr. Neverson has faith that the charges currently pending against him will be dismissed.”
