Soulja Boy’s hoverboard company, Souljaboard, was scammed out of $175,000, BuzzFeed News reports.

The rapper has been hit with numerous chargebacks, meaning credit card orders were disputed by card holders, but processed and charged to the merchant’s account.

Soulja Boy used payment processor Stripe as a middle man between customers and his company. He wrote an email to Stripe last month asking about the negative balance on his account.

“I need help all the payments are fraud,” Soulja Boy says. “And it sent my account to negative because they all say they weren’t authorized. Please help in any way you can thanks. I don’t want to have to pay all this money because of frauds is there any way to reverse these payments and get my account to Good standing.”

Buzz Feed cites Stripe documents that say as many as three-quarters of hoverboard purchases that go through the company result in chargebacks.
