Birdman and Mack Maine are being sued over the cover art for “Ethan Couch,” TMZ reports.
Mark and Becky English are suing the label executives for putting a picture of their son, mistakenly represented as Couch, on the cover of the Mack Maine single, which was released through Birdman‘s Cash Money Records.
The song was about a teenage boy who killed four people while he was driving drunk. He was required to go to a treatment facility and avoided jail time.
