50 Cent is preparing his new residence.

“My crib is almost finished in AFRICA,” the rapper writes on Instagram. “I’m gonna have the craziest House warming party ever. I’ll explain later. I got a good life Man.”

50 Cent’s finances have garnered attention after the G-Unit artist filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in July. 

“It’s for protection,” 50 Cent said during an exclusive interview with HipHopDX at the time, “so I’m not taken advantage of.”

Last week, it was reported that 50 Cent had to ask the judge in his bankruptcy case for permission to pay his household bills, including the electric, gas, trash removal, cable, Internet and phone bills at his 50,000 square foot Connecticut residence while he goes through the bankruptcy process.
