Marion “Suge” Knight, Andre “Dr. Dre” Young and  O’Shea “Ice Cube” Jackson, Sr. are facing a new lawsuit by the family members of a victim who was killed near the “Straight Outta Compton” movie set.

Terry Carter’s wife and kids have filed a lawsuit against the aforementioned Hip Hop figures for hiring known gang members to provide security for the scenes that were filmed in gang territory, TMZ reports.

The celebrity gossip site has viewed the lawsuit and reports that it states several gang members “incited the fight and threatened Suge,” which ultimately led to Knight running over Carter and Cle “Bone” Sloan.

Carter’s family is also suing Tam’s Burger for not having security on sight, since the fast food restaurant is a known hot spot for criminal activity.

In February, TMZ reported that Suge Knight’s portrayal in the upcoming N.W.A biopic led to the fatal hit-and-run on January 29.

Dr. Dre reportedly never asked the former Death Row Records CEO for permission to incorporate his likeness in the film, and this subsequently led to the parking lot incident where Knight reportedly struck three men with his vehicle, injuring two and killing his alleged friend, Terry Carter.
