Kanye West has settled a lawsuit concerning the usage of an unauthorized voice on his Yeezus cut “Bound 2.”

Ricky Spicer, a member of The Ponderosa Twins Plus One sued West in 2013.

At the time, he claimed it is his voice that can be heard at various times throughout the track, including the chorus since West sampled the group’s ’70s song “Bound.”

Spicer initially stated that he had not received any compensation, despite the song’s popularity.
