P. Diddy’s official “Diddy Day” was a no go in the state of Las Vegas on Friday as the Mayor put his proclamation on hold. Sean “P. Diddy” Combs was to be included in a ceremony last week alongside Mayor Oscar Goodman and a local television show producer David Saxe, were supposed to meet in from of the Desert Passage Venue and proclaim it officially “Diddy Day”. According to Diddy an “unfortunate miscommunication” prevented the event from happening. Saxe and Diddy are said to be in talks to open a restaurant and other possible “P. Diddy-related ventures”. Diddy is said to have sold 50 percent of his shares to the Warner Music Group. The cancellation of the proclamation is said to have cost a third party over $50,000 to put Diddy on a private plane from Los Angeles.
