Jennifer Lopez says she wasn’t thrilled about doing “Booty,” but her children helped change her mind about the song.

“At first, I was really not into it,” Lopez says in an interview with Complex’s Insanul Ahmed. “Once I saw how much my kids liked it, I was like, ‘Oh, it’s just a fun song.’”

J. Lo says the video, which was directed by Hype Williams, was also fun to shoot, though it had its drawbacks.

“It was crazy,” she says. “Fun, exciting, but I was tired.”

In the clip, Ahmed also asks Jennifer Lopez about what her best film has been. While she admits to preferring her romantic comedies, including Monster-In-Law, she also says Out of Sight and Selena top the list.

Earlier today, it was reported that J. Lo reacted to Diddy calling her “booty” incredible. “We spent three years of our lives together, you know, almost every single day,” Lopez said. “As much as he roots for me and as proud as he is of me and of the time we had together, I am just as proud to see what he’s done.”
