DMX in trouble with the law again? It seems as if the Yonker’s rapper could face new charges in criminal court after a state trooper pulled him over for speeding. DMX also known as Earl Simmons was stopped last week for doing more than a 100 mph on Interstate 684 in New York. Trooper Jeffrey Pitkewitz ran a random radar check on Interstate 684 and clocked DMX doing 104 mph in a 65 mph zone. DMX was taken into custody when a check on his license showed a suspension for a previous traffic violation.
DMX was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. DMX’s pleaded guilty earlier this year after being arrested for driving under the influence and reckless endangerment for an incident that happen June 24th at JFK International Airport. With the terms of the plea agreement DMX had to forfeit his 1998 Ford Expedition valued at $13,000 and pay a $1,000 fine as well as stay out of trouble for a year.
