New reports have surfaced regarding Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s lawsuit against YouTube founder Chad Hurley over leaked footage of their proposal, according to Radar Online

The publication reports that West and Kardashian have asked a judge to help expedite the case against Hurley. The couple has also reportedly asked for Hurley to pay $6,650 in legal fees for delays.

“Enough is enough,” court documents say, according to Radar Online.  West and Kardashian’s representatives say Hurley has “refused to comply with every single discovery obligation in this case. When Plaintiffs served a deposition notice on defendants, they asked to have it rescheduled.”

Hurley then reportedly filed an anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) motion against West and Kardashian, which also reportedly delayed the case.

Moreover, West and Kardashian say Hurley has not signed off on proposed exhibits of evidence and has declined to confirm the legitimacy of his signature. Hurley also reportedly did not submit 124 documents requested by West’s representatives.

Radar Online also says it has obtained an e-mail from West’s lawyers aimed at Hurley’s representatives.

“You have objected to each and every document request,” West’s attorney says in the reported email. “You have not produced a single document. … worst of all you have even objected to requests that seek material that is the subject of sworn testimony by your client, Chad Hurley, before the Court.

“Although Mr. Hurley represented to the Court that his use of [Kim and Kanye’s] images did nothing to increase the value or worth of his company, when we asked a document request on this exact point, he claimed it was irrelevant and refused to respond,” the e-mail continues.

Additionally, Radar Online reports that both parties have agreed upon a November 17 start date for the trial.
